Theresa Reardon Theresa Reardon is the Secretary/Treasurer of RCDL. Theresa is responsible for all interior design and finishing considerations; and the company's A/P and A/R. Theresa's interior design skill has been recognized in some of the awards the company has recently received, i.e. Southcott Heritage Award for the Imperial Tobacco Factory conversion, and the many spec homes the company constructs.
