Reardon Realty Services Inc. was incorporated in 2000 and has expanded operations since that time. The company was awarded a Prudential Real Estate franchise in late 2004, and started up operations as Prudential Reardon Realty on Jan 1, 2005.
The company specializes in the sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. As well, the company offers project feasibility and financial consulting services to its clients.
Gary Reardon has over 37 years construction, project management and design experience in the commercial property sector. Through his associated firm, Reardon Construction & Development Ltd., Gary has a full team of property experts available to assist client requirements.
Prudential Reardon Realty is a full services Real Estate company with membership in the Newfoundland & Labrador Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service. The company has been responsible for the sell out of the Topridge Subdivision (24 homes) , the Woodlands subdivision (97 homes), the Natures edge subdivision (63 homes), and over 170 of the 276 homes in the River Bend.
The company is currently marketing RCDL's River Bend & Twin Brooks projects off Ruby Line in the city's west end. The 81 home Twin Brooks condominium project is expected to be completed in 2009. The River Bend project, comprising 176 homes will be be built in 5 phases and is expected to be completed in 2010.
