Reardon Construction & Development Ltd was recognized by the St. John's Board of Trade in the fall of 1995 with the "Business Excellence Award" and a "Business Achievement Award" for its Westview Village Project. The firm also won recognition from the Newfoundland Home Builders Association in the fall of 1999 for the "Most Innovative Website" design.
